Chung Nyap Yoon Sdn Bhd was formed in 1989 from the restructuring and expansion exercises of Lee Sang Construction which was founded in 1969 and Lee Sang & Sons Sdn Bhd which was established in 1982. Both these companies were primarily engaged in mining activities and civil engineering worksincluding roads, reclamation and remedial works in the Kinta Valley, Perak.
Chung Nyap Yoon Sdn Bhd was established with the objective of undertaking major civil engineering works in infrastructure, fromgeneral earthworks to specialized earthworks involving in rockblasting, golf course construction, railway construction, dam construction, land reclamation, slope protection works and also other infrastructures works such as road works, drainage, retaining wall, sewerage and water reticulations works.
